METOPS, established in 2017 in Hong Kong, China, is a professional high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, application, production, and sales of environmentally friendly new materials and new type of fireproof board materials. The company is dedicated to the development, production, and engineering application services of prefabricated interior systems.
METOPS has two factories in mainland China, focusing on the research and application of technology for recycling various types of slag andmineral powder to produce green building materials. We are committed to manufacturing environmentally friendly fiber cement boards using natural raw materials, such as small amounts of cellulose fibers and silica sand waste, alongside PVA additives to enhance the overall performance of our products, making them suitable for a wider range of applications. Our air curing technology effectively prevents the generation of carbon dioxide during the production process.
METOPS can provide customized product specifications (length and width), customized product thickness (2.0mm to 8mm), and customized surface pre-treatment (which can meet various composite and coating process requirements after high polymer surface penetration treatment).

SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The process uses air curing technology, with the main raw materials being various types of silica sand tailings, as well as cement and inorganic polymer material additives. Special automated equipment and advanced process technology are employed to produce high-performance building materials, such as wall decorative panels, insulation boards, flooring, and exterior wall decorative panels.
